Our vision: A robust integrated management system (IMS) firmly established at our core to deliver improvements in compliance, competency and sustainable performance.
Objectives: Embed the IMS management programme as the umbrella for all our sustainability objectives and targets and develop the system to link with other corporate functions (eg land and mineral resources and finance). Maintain certification to OHSAS18001, ISO14001, ISO9001, ISO 50001 and BES6001.
Action plan: Maintain the IMS in all operations and provide a consistent framework of system, corporate and operational procedures; complete and maintain training records on the learning management system (LMS); embed the Right first time principles to improve product quality and customer service.
2020 targets: Maintain and improve performance in all areas.
